Returns
We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused
- The item must be in its original condition
- The item must be returned with its original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
After review, we may offer:
- A replacement
- Store credit
- A refund
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you if the refund is approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:

- Items damaged after delivery
- Items without original packaging
- Clearance or final sale items
- Personalized or custom-made products
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled only before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
